Undergraduate

The Business School currently offers four undergraduate majors: Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, and Marketing, complemented by four minor degree programs and one second bachelor's degree program. To actively expand into cutting-edge fields and enhance the international education system, the Business School launches a micro-program in Venture Investment and Management and an International Undergraduate Program in Business Administration in 2025.

Majors and Minors

1.Business Administration (Major: 4 years; Minor: 3 years)

Educational Objectives: Focusing on national strategic and industrial development needs, this program cultivates versatile leaders with national pride, global perspectives, scientific literacy, and business intelligence. It equips them with a solid theoretical foundation in management, digital and intelligent operation capabilities, and cross-boundary innovation qualities, enabling them to engage in strategic decision-making, operational management, and innovation and entrepreneurship in emerging sectors such as high-end manufacturing, the digital economy, and modern services.

2. Accounting (Major: 4 years; Minor: 3 years)

Educational Objectives: Focusing on the needs of aerospace and technology enterprises, this program aims to develop application-oriented talents for the integrated sci-tech economy. It equips them with a global vision, humanistic qualities, and solid theoretical knowledge, preparing them for accounting, auditing, and financial control positions in aerospace and tech companies, public institutions, financial and intermediary organizations, as well as government agencies.

It is dedicated to integrating Chinese and Western cultures, creating new management knowledge, and cultivating marketing leaders for the new era who can serve national strategic needs and possess both national pride and an international perspective.

It equips them with a sense of national pride, global perspectives, and systematic thinking, providing a solid foundation in management, economics, accounting, and auditing, and mastery of professional knowledge and practical skills in financial management, internal control, and information disclosure.

Micro-program: Venture Investment and Management

Educational Objectives: This program cultivates interdisciplinary talents with an entrepreneurial mindset, investment and financing decision-making abilities, and business management skills. It equips them with the basic theories, processes, and tools of venture investment; helps them understand the core knowledge of business management, business model design, and financial risk management; and makes them be familiar with technological innovation, industry trends, and capital market operations.

International Undergraduate Program in Business Administration

Educational Objectives: This program aims to develop international business talents with both a global perspective and Chinese wisdom, establishing a distinctive education system that integrates Chinese business philosophy with international management experience.
