Guided by the vision of “Technology-Driven Business,” Harbin Institute of Technology Business School (HITBS) is dedicated to cultivating interdisciplinary talents with strong technological leadership.The School has established a comprehensive academic system, encompassing undergraduate programs in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, and Financial Management; master’s programs including an academic Master’s in Business Administration with specializations in Technology Economics & Management, Enterprise Management, Marketing, and Accounting, as well as professional degrees such as MBA, EMBA, MPAcc, and MEM; and doctoral programs offering a PhD in Business Administration along with a postdoctoral research station. The School has received international accreditations from AACSB, AMBA, and CAMEA.
It has also established high-level research and collaboration platforms, such as the HIT-UCL Joint Research Center for Global Climate Leadership and Future Industry, the International Research Group on Global Technology Leadership and Future Universities, the Key Laboratory of Ice and Snow Economy and Cold Region Industrial Development (Heilongjiang Province), and the “Future Industry 50 Forum” along with other specialized research initiatives.

· Requirements: Globally recognized leaders in frontier science and technology with outstanding original research and significant academic contributions
· Position: Chair Professor (permanent) or Tenured Professor; PhD supervisor qualification granted
· Salary: Globally competitive remuneration commensurate with the appointed position
· Housing: Fully furnished residence or equivalent relocation allowance
· Research Funding:
1) Chair Professor / Top-tier Tenure: Subject to individual negotiation
2) Mid-tier Tenure: RMB 2–6 million
3) Entry-tier Tenure: RMB 1–4 million
· Eligibility: Outstanding young scholars (including non-Chinese nationals) under 40 with strong achievements in natural sciences, engineering and technology, economics, management, statistics, or related fields
· Position: Tenured Professor; PhD supervisor qualification with guaranteed doctoral quotas
· Salary: Internationally competitive and domestically leading with uncapped performance incentives
· Housing: High-quality, fully furnished talent apartments with exemptions from rent, heating, and property management fees (with potential ownership benefits)
· Research Funding: RMB 1–3 million (plus additional national, provincial, and university funding)
· Working Conditions: Support as a "Young Scientist Studio" (Category B), including a quota for two university-funded postdoctoral researchers, provision of excellent office and laboratory space, and assistance in forming a research team.
· Living Support: Recognized as a Category B talent in Heilongjiang Province, with preferential policies for medical care and transportation. Spousal employment will be arranged on a case-by-case basis according to their expertise. Children will have access to quality education from kindergarten through high school.
· Work Location: Flexible across HIT campuses and research institutes
· Note: Candidates reaching final review but not selected may be recommended for equivalent national talent programs or appointed as “Shenzhou Scholars.”
· Eligibility: Outstanding scholars recognized internationally (≤38 years old; ≤32 for young scholars, flexible for exceptional candidates)
· Position: Shenzhou Scholar (Senior) or Shenzhou Young Scholar (Associate level or above); PhD supervisor qualification granted

· Research Funding:
1) Shenzhou Scholars: RMB 1–3 million
2) Shenzhou Young Scholars: RMB 0.5–1.5 million.

4. Full-Time Research Positions
· Requirements: Candidates must hold a PhD, demonstrate sound political and ideological qualities, possess research capabilities and a spirit of teamwork. Preference will be given to those with internationally recognised research achievements; experience in major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China or the National Social Science Fund; experience in major projects in the humanities and social sciences funded by the Ministry of Education; policy advisory work adopted at provincial or ministerial level or above; and publications in special issues or internal reference materials of think tanks at provincial or ministerial level or above.
· Position: Researcher / Associate Researcher / Assistant Researcher
· Salary: Internationally competitive and domestically leading with uncapped performance incentives, remuneration for exceptionally outstanding candidates is subject to individual negotiation
· Research Funding:
1) Researcher: RMB 200,000
2) Associate Researcher: RMB 150,000
3) Assistant Researcher: RMB 120,000
· Support: Assistance with housing, children’s education, and spouse employment
· Application Requirements: Excellent young talents who have obtained a PhD degree. Applicants for Associate Researcher positions should generally be under 32 years old; Assistant Researcher applicants should be under 35 years old. PhD candidates may apply for the "Spring Talent Plan" and be considered for future faculty positions after graduation.
· Position: Associate Researcher (Associate Senior) or Assistant Researcher (Intermediate).
· Salary: Internationally competitive and domestically leading with uncapped performance incentives, remuneration for exceptionally outstanding candidates is subject to individual negotiation
· Research Funding:
1) Associate Researchers: RMB 150,000
2) Assistant Researchers: RMB 120,000
· Development: Both Associate Researchers and Assistant Researchers can apply for faculty positions during their tenure.
