The Business School, Harbin Institute of Technologyhas jointly developed nearly 20Tech-integratedBusiness programs, offering over 70 industry-focused courses. Throughout the year, the School provides more than 110 distinct courses across nearly 500 class sessions, with total instruction hours exceeding 10,000.We have engaged over 410 high-level instructors in teaching and training activities, including more than 260 internal faculty members from 12 schools across the university, as well as from the Weihai and Shenzhen, and research institutes in Chongqing, Zhengzhou, and Suzhou. Additionally, we have organized 20GlobalClassroom sessions, over 60 lectures by international experts, and more than 100 frontier industry innovation camps, seminars, and corporate visits in fields such as smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and cross-border e-commerce, continuously enriching and deepening the connotation ofTech-integratedBusiness.

To integrate the cultivation ofnext-generationtech-integratedbusiness talent into the innovation ecosystems of strategic emerging industries and technology-based enterprises, and to fully leverage the potential of high-quality faculty both within and outside the university, the Business School is launching its High-Level FacultyRecruitment(SecondCohort). We now invite applications from qualified instructorswith demonstrated teaching ability, professional expertise, and enthusiasm for education to undertake course teaching responsibilities, thereby optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.

Eligibility:

This initiative is open to all faculty members of Harbin Institute of Technology (including active and retired faculty from all schools, departments, campuses, and research institutes), industry mentors, outstanding HIT alumni worldwide, and otherqualifiedexternal instructors who meet the university’s teaching access criteria. Applicants may apply individually or as a course team (teams led by active internal faculty are preferred). Selected instructors will receive competitive compensation. Those who demonstrate outstanding teaching performance, receive excellent student evaluations, and contribute significantly to theTech-integratedBusiness ecosystem will receive additional support in teaching resource allocation and course development projects.

Application Requirements:

1. Support thenationaleducation policies, possess a passion for education, maintain good professional ethics and conduct, and have no record ofprofessional misconduct.

2.Possessrelevant teaching experience or professional industry experience.

3.Preferencewill be given to applicants with teaching experience at renowned domestic or international universities.

4.Preferencewill be given to applicants with management experience in Fortune 500 companies or well-known consulting firms, experience working in international organizations,as well asoutstanding investors, or successful entrepreneurs.

5.Preferencewill be given to applicants with relevant teaching achievements (e.g., teaching awards, development of high-quality courses,ortextbooksinTech-integratedBusiness fields) and those actively engaged in theTech-integratedBusiness ecosystem.
